TMJC Squash trains twice a week at the college’s squash courts, where members engage in a combination of physical conditioning, skills development and match play. The CCA welcomes students with or without prior squash experience. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the commitment to work hard. Under the guidance of dedicated coaches and teachers in charge, members are progressively introduced to the fundamentals of the sport and supported in their development as players and teammates.
Through regular training and competition, students learn valuable qualities such as discipline, perseverance, adaptability and sportsmanship. These experiences help build confidence and the ability to stay composed under pressure, skills that are transferable to both academic pursuits and daily life.
